FITNESS Classes with Kelly Kays at Stars Unlimited

REAL Fitness for Women
This exciting small group class for women will provide you with the in class and out of class support and tools you need to meet your goals. The class format consists of a mix of cardio, strength training, and pilates/yoga/stretching. One class day each week incorporates extra time devoted to weekly weigh in and class discussion. Class size is limited - minimum of 4/maximum of 8 participants. Class is Monday from 11:00-Noon and Wednesday 11:00-12:30.
6 week session, September 14 - October 23, $99.00 per participant

| Zumba Fitness
Zumba eliminates the "work" from working out by combining amazing, irresistible Latin and intenational music with dynamic, yet simple exercise moves, using their unique training format. This is not a "dance" class, no dance skills required. Only requires the desire to have a good workout and a great time! Class size is limited minimum 6/maximum 24 participants. Class is Monday and Wednesday from 10:00-10:55 am.
Class begins September 14, $5/class or $35 for a 10 class punch card (reservations are required, call 816-506-6488 to reserve your spot)
